Billing and payments desk for vGuest customers
vGuest Billing is the billing desk of vGuest. It sends monthly subscription invoices, onboarding invoices and secure payment links to hotels and attractions that use vGuest, and answers questions about an account's charges, receipts and payment method.
How we contact you
Invoices, payment links and payment reminders are sent from vGuest Billing on WhatsApp at +1 555-387-7071, and by email from billing@vguest.ai. You can reply on either channel and reach the same team.
vGuest Billing writes to you only about your own vGuest account. We never ask for card numbers, CVV codes or passwords in a message. Card details are entered only on the secure payment page linked from the invoice.
