How accurate is the AI? Will it give wrong information to my guests?
vGuest resolves around 70% of guest inquiries automatically. The AI answers only from information YOU provide in your knowledge base - if it does not know something, it escalates to your staff rather than guessing.
How long does setup take?
A basic setup (your knowledge base plus WhatsApp) can be live within a day. PMS integration adds one to three days, depending on your system. A full deployment with workflows typically takes about a week.
Does vGuest integrate with my PMS (Optima, EzGo, MiniHotel)?
Yes! vGuest currently integrates with Optima, EzGo, and MiniHotel PMS systems. Integration is two-way: vGuest reads reservation data and can write back pre-check-in status.
Where is guest data stored, and is vGuest GDPR compliant?
Guest data is stored in the EU, in Frankfurt. Under the GDPR your property is the data controller and vGuest is the processor, and a Data Processing Agreement under Article 28 is available for signature with every customer. What languages does vGuest support?
vGuest answers in the language the guest writes in, including English, Hebrew, Arabic, Russian, French, German and Spanish. Guests can message in their preferred language and get instant responses.
Can I customize the AI responses?
Absolutely. You control the knowledge base, tone of voice, and escalation rules. vGuest learns from the information you provide and adapts to your property's brand.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts and no cancellation penalties: you can cancel at any time. Plans are billed monthly or annually; see the pricing page for details.
How does the WhatsApp integration work?
vGuest uses the official WhatsApp Business API. Guests message your property's WhatsApp number and the AI responds instantly. Your staff can take over any conversation at any time.
