If your property has a spa, fitness center, or other specialized facilities, you can give the AI detailed knowledge about these services so it can answer guest questions and even help with bookings.

Enabling spa knowledge

The Spa Agent is available for properties with spa or wellness facilities. If you don't see it in your dashboard, contact your account manager to enable it.

Once enabled, go to AI Agents > Spa Agent in your dashboard.

What to include

Spa services

Treatment menu with descriptions and pricing
Duration for each treatment
Operating hours
Booking requirements (advance notice, cancellation policy)
Special packages or promotions

Fitness center

Hours of operation
Equipment available
Classes and schedules
Personal trainer availability
Access rules (e.g., towels, shoes, age restrictions)

Other facilities

Business center hours and services
Kids club schedule and age ranges
Tennis courts, golf course, water sports booking
Event spaces and meeting rooms

Example interactions

Once configured, guests can ask things like:

"What spa treatments do you offer?"
"Can I book a massage for tomorrow at 2 PM?"
"Is the gym open 24 hours?"
"Do you have yoga classes?"

The AI will respond with accurate information from your configured knowledge and can direct guests to book through the appropriate channel.
