MiniHotel PMS Integration

vGuest integrates with MiniHotel through automatic polling. Reservations and guest data sync automatically throughout the day.

What gets synced

• Reservations (new, modified, cancelled)
• Guest profiles (name, phone, email)
• Check-in and check-out status
• Room assignments

Setup

1. Go to Settings > Integrations in your dashboard
2. Select MiniHotel from the PMS list
3. Enter your MiniHotel API credentials
4. Click Test Connection
5. Enable the integration

How sync works

Unlike webhook-based integrations, MiniHotel uses automatic polling — vGuest checks for updates every few hours. This means:

• New reservations may take up to a few hours to appear
• For time-sensitive operations, you can trigger a manual sync from the integration settings
• Once synced, all data is fully up-to-date

Multi-property support

MiniHotel integration supports multiple properties under one account. Each property is configured separately in your vGuest settings.
