SimpleBooking Integration
vGuest integrates with SimpleBooking via real-time webhooks for instant reservation sync.
What gets synced
- Reservations (new, modified, cancelled)
- Guest profiles (name, phone, email)
- Check-in and check-out events
- Room assignments and rates
Setup
- Go to Settings > Integrations in your dashboard
- Select SimpleBooking from the PMS list
- Enter your SimpleBooking API credentials
- Click Test Connection
- Enable the integration

- Real-time sync — Booking changes appear instantly in vGuest
- Availability data — AI can check room availability for guest inquiries
- Guest profiles — Automatically imports guest contact information
