Optima PMS Integration
Optima is one of the most popular PMS systems in Israel. vGuest integrates with Optima via real-time webhooks, so reservation changes appear instantly in your dashboard.
What gets synced
- Reservations (new, modified, cancelled)
- Guest profiles (name, phone, email)
- Check-in and check-out events
- Room assignments
- In-house guest list
- Calendar statistics
Setup
- Go to Settings > Integrations in your dashboard
- Select Optima from the PMS list
- Enter your Optima API credentials (provided by your Optima account)
- Click Test Connection
- Enable the integration
Your account manager can help you obtain the API credentials from Optima if needed.

Troubleshooting
